Our range of services includes electronic repairs, reverse logistics management, spare parts management, warehousing, and asset management.
For Telecoms Service Providers, We offer cost-effective repairs of complex equipment, as well as professional services such as Spare Parts Management and Reverse Logistics.
For OEMs, We handle the entire life cycle after the sale is completed.
In partnership, We aim to provide a seamless experience by taking care of returns and complaints, leaving you free to focus on your core business. Our experience in the industry spans over 17 years, and we have a workforce of over 400 employees with extensive knowledge of the full range of equipment in a state-of-the-art Telecommunications Network.
Our customer base includes major operating Telcos across EMEA – Europe, Africa and the Middle East as well as several supporting major equipment manufacturers (OEMs), parastatals, and various corporate clients with extensive private telecommunications systems.
