Spare Parts Management Services (SPMS)
Screamer Electronic Services provides professional Spare Parts Management Services for the telecommunications industry. With seven large warehouses stocked with tested spare telecom parts and an average of 10,000m3 storage space per site, we offer multi-vendor spares and spare part management services to major customers such as Huawei and Telkom SA.
Our highly customized ERP tracking system (BAAN BPCS) ensures accuracy in stocking and managing multiple warehouses of all products, as well as packing and shipping orders. We adhere to world best practices for handling electronic and telecommunications equipment, with logistics processes executed in adherence to ISO 9001:2008 standards and regularly audited for compliance.
Our Spare Parts Management programs enable customers to lower operating expenses by reducing inventory investments and carrying costs. By utilizing our warehouses and programs, customers can reallocate resources and personnel to customer-facing challenges. This lowers capital expenditures by eliminating the need to purchase or lease and maintain facilities to house spare network equipment and parts.

Screamer Electronic Services can purchase spare stock holdings from the customer or manage the spares on their behalf, with the option of returning faulty stock to OEMs for repairs and tracking TATs.
